Limited Lifetime Warranty Interior Products Sold by Framed View Designs

Framed View Designs warrants that its products, when correctly installed in a residential dwelling, will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original purchaser's ownership.

It's important to note that all fabric colors naturally experience a loss of original intensity over time, and pull cords will eventually undergo wear. These instances are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by this guarantee. Coverage does not extend to cases of abuse or misuse. Due to natural color lot variations, an exact match to a previously ordered product may not be achieved. Repair is the purchaser's sole recourse under this guarantee. Additionally, this guarantee does not encompass incidental or consequential damages, freight costs, installation charges, or service calls (including trip charges).

Progressive MagnaTrack Screen Disclaimer and Limited Warranty

Progressive MagnaTrack screens are designed with advanced technology to enhance user experience in terms of ease of use, durability, and protection from solar exposure and insects. These shades are engineered to withstand normal environmental conditions but are not impervious to extreme weather events such as hurricanes or severe storms. Customers are advised to retract the shades in extreme conditions to prevent potential damage.

Self-Correcting Feature: The self-correcting feature of the MagnaTrack system is designed to realign the shade into its tracks under ordinary circumstances. This feature is not guaranteed to perform under abnormal stress such as heavy impact or continuous physical interference.

Installation: Installation will be performed by certified technicians from Framed View Designs to ensure optimal operation and to maintain the integrity of your warranty. Our company is fully responsible for professional installation according to manufacturer guidelines. Any installation-related errors by our technicians will be addressed at no additional cost to the client.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty:
- Warranty Provider: This limited warranty is provided by Defender Screens International d/b/a Progressive Screens, and it extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
- Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period, which can be found at Progressive Screens Warranty.
- Limitations: The warranty does not cover damages from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or conditions outlined in the full warranty statement.
- Remedies: Our responsibility for defective products is limited to repair or replacement as described in the warranty statement. The total liability for any breach of this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the defective product, and under no circumstances will we be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to transportation, storage, excessive use beyond standard conditions, failure to follow instructions, lack of maintenance, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, external causes such as accidents or acts of God, and exposure of motor or electrical components to water/moisture.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Framed View Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use Progressive MagnaTrack shades.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this warranty will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive their right to a trial by jury.
